Minimalism

It means to lessen the use of all materialistic things that you are using. It’s the style adopted by one to spend life with simplicity and simple living.

It might be to minimalise their lifestyle which includes spending less on your needs, have control i.e. minimalist the use of social media, minimalist the usage of abusive language, minimalist asking god for each and everything that we do everyday, minimalist begging people to stay in your life and always losing your self-esteem for them. It might be to minimalise hanging around with the people who spread negative vibes and affect you. It might be to minimalise the contacts that no longer help you to achieve success. Etc.

What happens when you try minimalist your need/ lifestyle? Well according to me you try to live an innovative life and try to fulfill and satisfy your wants in less amount. You try to live with whatever you have and try to live a simple life. You try to control yourself on the usage of luxurious things and you may use that as a helping hand for poor people. You can use it as a charity. Today’s savings will be useful tomorrow. If it’s not useful for you then it might be useful to others. Focusing on today and saving for tomorrow and living a simple life is understanding, instead not to waste whatever you have today and tomorrow left with nothing. It’s better to minimalist your lifestyle even if you have more instead of doing show off to society and creating your standard. This standard won’t last for many days.

When we implement minimalism we try to value things that are with us. We value the things that were with us but we weren’t valuing it because we had those things which had more priorities in our life. When priorities increase the value of that thing also increases in your life. Try to live with whatever you have. The want for more shouldn’t arise in you. When the want for more rises in you then the ego also rises and character value dwindles. Now when wants are rising the value is lessened. Previously when the wants were less the value was more.

I was sitting in a garden and just wondering what are we doing today? I mean our wishes are been fulfilled by our parents. And nowadays the wants are too high i.e. they are if more cost. But still, our parents try to fulfil those at any cost. But have you ever imagined that when our turn will come, will be able to do that or not? We can’t say. But we can control ourselves from demanding in front of our parents and try to live with whatever we have.

When minimalism is implemented we can experience the following things:

  1. Value of things increases in our life.
  2. We become more happy and satisfied.
  3. We become more responsible.
  4. We learn how to earn things that aren’t with us.
  5. We learn to save instead of spending.
  6. We focus on things that are with us.
  7. When minimalism is implemented the real you come out automatically.
  8. It’s a way to stop distraction and learn to focus.

I would like to say, “Minimalism is a way to live with peace, blissfulness and simple living with more focus and satisfaction”.
