Every morning with a ray of sunshine I open the door of my home,
Watching the old lady sitting on a chair waiting for a bread loaf,
Sometimes chanting, sometimes playing with the kid and sometimes even shedding tears in search of a home sweet home,
Can’t get over this but the reality always hurts,
But still, every drop of water gives a wonderful message as a whole.
COVID-19 has created the worst condition day by day,
Lockdown is necessary for all but trouble for them who have their meal by daily earn,
Some cherish hobbies and family fun in quarantine while some are just thinking about how to feed their children for the next meal,
It’s astonishing to see life in different situations in the same condition,
However, this sad reality is like a dagger on the heart that sheds tears,
But every drop of water delivers an everlasting message.
Struggling hard day and night to fulfil my dreams that are seen by these eyes,
Sometimes with the crowd, sometimes lonely still move on with buckets of advice,
Have seen many falling and many rising with a lot of compromises,
Sometimes these heavy eyes shed the tears like rain to clean the dirt and bloom like a lily with delight,
However, this drop of water discovers new in me.
Saw you once and started to reside in my heart
Thereafter never thought of falling apart but changing destiny isn’t in our hand,
In a blink of an eye, I only had the memories with me which wasn’t a part of the journey that was planned,
The eyes were true to narrate a story, the heart never handled the pain but there was no one to wipe those tears with those hands,
It always reminded me that crying eyes and broken heart are always to give a new start.
